Need more than your 5 annual nights?
Members may acquire additional nights up to two at fixed preferential rates:
• THB 14,000 per night
• THB 12,000 per night (extended commitments)
Rates remain stable for the duration of the agreement.

How Private Access Works
1️⃣ Your Annual Credits Each year includes:
• 5 usage credits
• Up to 2 separate stays
• Full access to the 2 or 3 bedroom villa
Credit structure:
Low / Medium Season → 1 credit per night
High Season → 2 credits per night
Festive Period → 3 credits per night Clear. Structured. Flexible.
2️⃣ You Decide How to Use Them
Summer stay 5 nights in June → 5 credits
Winter escape 3 nights in February → 6 credits (5 included + 1 additional credit)
Additional credits are available at fixed member rates.
3️⃣ Pricing Stability
• Fixed-rate protection on additional credits
